Pure & Clean Cleaning – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pure & Clean Cleaning. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, protect both parties, and maintain the high standard of service we provide.

1. Services Provided

Pure & Clean Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Recurring cleanings

  • Deep cleanings

  • Move-in / move-out cleanings

  • Office cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

Service details, pricing, and frequency will be outlined during booking or within your estimate/invoice.

2. Scheduling & Arrival Windows

We provide estimated arrival windows due to traffic, prior appointments, and unforeseen delays.

  • Standard arrival window: 1–2 hours

  • We will communicate delays whenever possible.

  • Access to the property must be available at the scheduled time.

If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Residential Cleaning Services

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • If our team arrives and service is canceled on-site, travel time and labor costs will be billed.

Commercial & Large Project Services

Commercial cleanings, deep cleanings, move-out services, and post-construction projects require advanced scheduling and staffing.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service may incur a fee of 50%–100% of the scheduled amount.

  • Reserved project dates may require non-refundable deposits.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • ACH Transfer

  • Electronic Invoice Payment

For recurring services, customers may authorize automatic payments.

Late payments may be subject to:

  • Late fees

  • Service suspension

  • Collections action for unpaid balances

5. Pricing & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • The condition of the property differs significantly from what was described

  • Additional rooms, excessive buildup, pet waste, biohazards, or excessive clutter are present

  • Additional services are requested on-site

We will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding whenever possible.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide exceptional service and stand behind our work.

If you are dissatisfied with any area cleaned:

  • Notification must be made within 24 hours of service completion

  • Photos may be requested

  • We will return to address the concern when appropriate

Guarantees do not apply after:

  • The property has been occupied

  • Another cleaning company or contractor has entered the space

  • Remodeling or additional work has occurred after our service

7. Move-Out & Vacant Property Warranty

For vacant move-out properties, we offer a limited 24-hour service warranty when:

  • The property remains vacant after cleaning

  • No one enters or uses the property after completion

  • Utilities remain active

8. Safety & Liability

For safety reasons, our team:

  • Does not move excessively heavy furniture or appliances

  • Does not climb higher than a two-step ladder

  • Does not handle hazardous materials, bodily fluids, mold, or infestations unless specifically agreed upon

Pure & Clean Cleaning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly installed fixtures

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused by unstable items or faulty installations

Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours.

9. Pets

Clients are responsible for securing pets when necessary. If pets present a safety concern, we reserve the right to discontinue service.

10. Photos & Documentation

Pure & Clean Cleaning may take before-and-after photos for:

  • Quality control

  • Training

  • Documentation of property condition

Client privacy is respected, and personal information will not be shared publicly without permission.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe environments

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Harassment

  • Unsanitary or hazardous conditions

  • Nonpayment history

12. Website & Communication Consent

By contacting us through our website, phone, or forms, you consent to receive communications related to:

  • Scheduling

  • Estimates

  • Invoices

  • Appointment reminders

  • Customer service follow-up

13. Changes to Terms

Pure & Clean Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
